I was registered on a Food Control Plan to make Indian dry snacks, then got told by the Auckland Council I should actually be on National Programme 1 to manufacture food.

I found Krishna through the MPI Food Consultant Registrar, and she helped me to get through all of this. I was really relieved after I found her and she explained everything. She was really, really good. She told me why I was on the wrong plan and explained everything from scratch – from how I need to do my labelling, to taking my snacks to the lab to get tested.
